Return Policy

At AR Trading Company, we stand behind the quality of the products we supply. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and replacements are accepted.
1. Return Window

Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, not for change of mind or incorrect ordering. Please inspect your delivery upon receipt.
2. Damaged on Arrival

If goods arrive damaged, please document with photographs and contact us immediately. Damage claims reported after the window may not be accepted.
3. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, photos of the defective/damaged item, and a description of the issue
- We will review and respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange collection or request you to bring the item to our shop
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been cut, modified, or installed
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors
- Custom-cut or special-order items
- Products without original packaging or proof of purchase
5. Refunds
Approved returns will be processed as a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds for bank transfer payments will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Manufacturer Warranty
Many of our products carry a manufacturer warranty (Ashirvad, Astral, Supreme). For manufacturing defects beyond our return window, please contact the manufacturer directly or let us know and we will assist where possible.
