Business days: Monday to Saturday. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Delivery Partners

For Bengaluru same-day deliveries, we use our own delivery service. For outstation deliveries across Karnataka, goods are dispatched via transport.

4. Self Pick-Up
You may pick up your order directly from our shop during business hours:

5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate when placing your order. If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately before dispatch.
6. Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, traffic, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if a significant delay is expected.
